  • Remember that you are expected to stay for the duration of your scheduled session.  We encourage you to attend other sessions during the day as well.  Your fellow students are doing some very interesting things.
  • Please plan to stay for the Ideas to Excellence Reception immediately following Session 3, from 5:00-6:00 pm in Varsity Hall.  We have invited employers, alumni, corporate partners and other VIPs.  They will be excited to view your work and interact with students.  There will also be light refreshments.

Talk Presentations

  • There will be a moderator at your session to introduce the session, keep presenters to the allotted time and to facilitate the question and answer period.
  • There will be a laptop computer and projector provided in each of the talk rooms.  Bring your presentation on a flash drive.  Do NOT bring your own computer.  We will not switch the projector hook up from one computer to another during the sessions.
